מי אנחנו

RAKIA (רקיע) מבית KesemItay. השירות מופעל על ידי איתי מזרחי, עוסק פטור הרשום בישראל. RAKIA היא מערכת שמפיקה עבור מועדוני אתלטיקה פוסטרים ותוכן לרשתות החברתיות על הישגי הספורטאים. בעל השליטה במידע: איתי מזרחי, דוא"ל kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

  • טופס יצירת קשר באתר: שם, כתובת דוא"ל ושם המועדון, כפי שהזנתם.
  • משתמשי מועדון (מאחורי הכניסה למערכת): שם וכתובת דוא"ל לצורך חשבון המשתמש, ופעולות שבוצעו במערכת.
  • מידע על ספורטאים: שם, מועדון, ענף, תוצאות ושיאים אישיים (מתוך תוצאות תחרויות שהתפרסמו בפומבי), ותמונות שהמועדון מספק מהדרייב שלו.
  • מידע טכני: רישומי שרת (כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, זמן) לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול.

למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

  • לחזור אליכם אחרי פנייה בטופס (ולזה בלבד, אלא אם ביקשתם אחרת).
  • להפעיל את המערכת עבור המועדון: זיהוי הישגים, הפקת פוסטרים, ואישור פרסום.
  • לשמור על אבטחת המערכת ולשפר אותה.

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי ואיננו מעבירים אותו לגורמים מפרסמים.

דיוור ופניות

לא נשלח דברי פרסומת בלי הסכמה מפורשת, בהתאם לסעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת ("חוק הספאם"). סימון תיבת ההסכמה בטופס מהווה הסכמה שנפנה אליכם בעניין פנייתכם. אפשר לבטל הסכמה בכל עת במייל kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

איפה המידע נשמר ומי מעבד אותו

  • מסד הנתונים: Supabase, שרתים בפרנקפורט, גרמניה (האיחוד האירופי).
  • ניהול כניסה למערכת: Clerk. אירוח האתר: Vercel.
  • תמונות מקור של ספורטאים נשארות בגוגל דרייב של המועדון עצמו. אנחנו שומרים רק את מה שהמערכת מייצרת (הפוסטרים).
  • התראות למנהלי המערכת נשלחות בטלגרם ובדוא"ל.

ספקים אלה מחויבים בהסכמי עיבוד מידע ובתקני אבטחה מקובלים.

קטינים

חלק מהספורטאים הם קטינים. המועדון אחראי לקבל הסכמת הורים לפני מסירת תמונות ופרסום, ובמערכת קיים מנגנון הסכמה לכל ספורטאי. ללא הסכמה מסומנת, המערכת לא מפרסמת.

כמה זמן שומרים

פניות מהטופס: עד 24 חודשים. נתוני מועדון: כל עוד המועדון לקוח, ועד 90 יום אחרי סיום ההתקשרות. רישומי שרת: עד 90 יום.

הזכויות שלכם

לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 (כולל תיקון 13), יש לכם זכות לעיין במידע עליכם (סעיף 13), לבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון (סעיף 14), ולבטל הסכמה. לקוחות באיחוד האירופי זכאים גם לזכויות לפי ה-GDPR: גישה, תיקון, מחיקה, ניוד והתנגדות. כתבו ל-kesemitaymedia@gmail.com ונענה תוך 30 יום.

עוגיות (Cookies)

האתר משתמש בעוגיות הכרחיות בלבד: עוגיית התחברות למערכת והעדפות נגישות שנשמרות בדפדפן שלכם. אין עוגיות פרסום או מעקב.

אבטחה

הגישה למידע מוגבלת לצוות שזקוק לה, התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS), ומסד הנתונים מוגן בהרשאות ברמת שורה. במקרה של אירוע אבטחה חמור נדווח לרשות להגנת הפרטיות ולנפגעים כנדרש בחוק.

Privacy Policy

Who we are

RAKIA by KesemItay. The service is operated by Itay Mizrachi, a registered sole proprietor (Osek Patur) in Israel. RAKIA produces posters and social-media content about athletes' achievements for athletics clubs. Data controller: Itay Mizrachi, email kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form on this site: name, email and club name, as you typed them.
  • Club users (behind sign-in): name and email for the account, and actions taken in the system.
  • Athlete data: name, club, event, results and personal bests (from publicly published competition results), and photos the club supplies from its own Drive.
  • Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and operations.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your contact-form request (and nothing else, unless you ask).
  • To run the system for the club: detecting achievements, producing posters, approving publication.
  • To keep the system secure and improve it.

We never sell personal data and never pass it to advertisers.

Emails and contact

We do not send marketing messages without explicit consent (Israeli Communications Law, section 30A). Ticking the consent box in a form allows us to contact you about your request. You can withdraw consent any time by emailing kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

Where data lives and who processes it

  • Database: Supabase, servers in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).
  • Sign-in: Clerk. Hosting: Vercel.
  • Athlete source photos stay in the club's own Google Drive. We store only what the system produces (the posters).
  • Admin notifications go out by Telegram and email.

These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and standard security certifications.

Minors

Some athletes are minors. The club is responsible for parental consent before supplying photos or publishing, and the system has a per-athlete consent switch. Without consent, the system does not publish.

How long we keep it

Contact-form requests: up to 24 months. Club data: while the club is a customer, and up to 90 days after the relationship ends. Server logs: up to 90 days.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law 1981 (including Amendment 13) you may access the data held about you (section 13), ask to correct or delete inaccurate data (section 14), and withdraw consent. Customers in the European Union also have GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. Email kesemitaymedia@gmail.com and we answer within 30 days.

Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies: the sign-in session cookie, and accessibility preferences stored in your own browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Security

Access is limited to the people who need it, traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and the database is protected by row-level permissions. A serious security incident will be reported to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority and to affected people as the law requires.

Changes

We update this page when something changes, with the date at the top.
