מי אנחנו

RAKIA (רקיע) מבית KesemItay. השירות מופעל על ידי איתי מזרחי, עוסק פטור הרשום בישראל. כתובת: שיבת ציון 11, ראשון לציון. RAKIA היא מערכת שמפיקה עבור מועדוני אתלטיקה פוסטרים ותוכן לרשתות החברתיות על הישגי הספורטאים, ובדלת האישית גם לאנשים פרטיים. ליצירת קשר: kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

מי אחראי לאיזה מידע

לגבי מידע על ספורטאים שמועדון מכניס ל-RAKIA או מנהל בה (שמות, תוצאות, תאריכי לידה, תמונות, פוסטרים והתאמת פנים), המועדון קובע במה משתמשים ולמה: המועדון הוא בעל השליטה במאגר, ו-RAKIA מחזיקה ומעבדת את המידע עבורו, רק לפי הוראות המועדון ורק לצורך השירות. לגבי האתר, טופס יצירת הקשר, חשבונות משתמשי המועדון, הדלת האישית ורוקי, בוט הטלגרם, רישום הקשר העסקי שלנו עם מועדונים ופונים, רישומי האבטחה ותוצאות התחרויות הפומביות שאנחנו אוספים בעצמנו, בעל השליטה הוא איתי מזרחי, דוא"ל kesemitaymedia@gmail.com. ספורטאים והורים שרוצים לממש זכויות לגבי מידע שהמועדון מסר יכולים לפנות למועדון או אלינו, ונעביר את הבקשה ונעזור למועדון לענות.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

טופס יצירת קשר וטופס דיווח נגישות: שם, כתובת דוא"ל, שם המועדון וההודעה שכתבתם, וסוג הדפדפן.
משתמשי מועדון (מאחורי הכניסה למערכת): שם וכתובת דוא"ל; בכניסה עם Google גם השם ותמונת הפרופיל מ-Google; ותיעוד של פעולות שבוצעו במערכת.
מידע על ספורטאים: שם, מועדון, ענף, תוצאות ושיאים אישיים (מתוצאות תחרויות שפורסמו בפומבי או שהמועדון הזין), תאריך לידה ומגדר אם המועדון הזין אותם, הערות שהמועדון כותב, ותמונות שהמועדון מספק מהדרייב שלו.
זיהוי פנים (מידע ביומטרי): כדי לבחור את התמונה הנכונה של כל ספורטאי, וכדי לבדוק שפוסטר מוכן מציג את הפנים הנכונות, המערכת מחשבת באופן אוטומטי מאפייני פנים מתמונת ייחוס שהמועדון אישר ומשווה אותם לתמונות בדרייב של המועדון. זהו מידע בעל רגישות מיוחדת לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, ומידע מקטגוריה מיוחדת לפי ה-GDPR. מאפייני הפנים מחושבים בזיכרון ואינם נשמרים; נשמרים רק אילו תמונות התאימו, ציון ההתאמה ומיקום הפנים בתמונה, ורק בתוך המועדון. בהצטרפות למועדון שמשתמש ב-RAKIA, ספורטאי (או הורה, לגבי קטין) מסכים, דרך המועדון, שהתמונות שלו ישמשו ושהפנים שלו יותאמו כדי להפיק את הפוסטרים של המועדון; המועדון אחראי לקבל את ההסכמה הזו ולשמור אותה, ולהסביר זאת לספורטאים שלו. ספורטאי או הורה מקבלים את ההסבר ונותנים את הסכמתם למועדון, לפני שהמועדון מוסיף את הספורטאי או את תמונותיו. המועדון אוסף את ההסכמות ושומר אותן, וספורטאי שלא נתן הסכמה פשוט אינו מועלה על ידי המועדון. RAKIA אינה מנהלת ויתור נפרד לכל ספורטאי: ספורטאי שכבר לא רוצה בכך פונה למועדון, והמועדון מסיר את התמונות שלו (או מבקש מאיתנו לעשות זאת), ואז התמונות ותוצאות התאמת הפנים נמחקות.
בוט הטלגרם: מזהה הטלגרם, השם ושם המשתמש שלכם, ההודעות שלכם ותשובות הבוט, סיכום קצר שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית של עובדות שסיפרתם לו, והערות שמשותפות עם המועדון שלכם.
רוקי: רוקי הוא הצ'אט שעוזר ליצור פוסטר ולשנות אותו. מה שכותבים לו הופך לבקשת הפוסטר; בדלת האישית נשמרים גם השיחה עם רוקי ופריטי זיכרון קצרים, כמתואר למטה.
בדיקת התמונות (בלי זיהוי): כדי לבחור את התמונה הטובה ביותר לכל מקום בפוסטר ולהזהיר לפני הציור, המערכת מודדת בכל תמונה את הפנים: הגודל, כמה הן מסובבות, החדות והתאורה, בלי לזהות מי האדם. המדידה נעשית בזיכרון, ונשמרות רק הבחירה וסיבה קצרה (למשל "הפנים מסובבות הצידה") בתוכנית הפוסטר. מודל בינה מלאכותית קורא גם את המילים שמודפסות על הבגדים בתמונות, כדי שיצוירו נכון; מה שהוא קורא נשמר רק בהערות הבדיקה הפנימיות של הפוסטר.
קשר עסקי: כשאנחנו מדברים עם מועדון, עם בודק או עם מי שפנה אלינו על שימוש ב-RAKIA, הצוות שלנו רושם במערכת הפנימית שלו הערות קצרות על הקשר (שיחה, פגישה, הודעה), את השלב, את הצעד הבא ותשלומים.
מידע טכני: רישומי שרת (כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, זמן) לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול.

למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

לחזור אליכם אחרי פנייה בטופס (ולזה בלבד, אלא אם ביקשתם אחרת).
להפעיל את המערכת עבור המועדון: זיהוי הישגים, התאמת תמונות לספורטאים, הפקת פוסטרים וכיתובים, ואישור פרסום.
להפעיל את בוט הטלגרם: לענות לכם ולזכור הקשר.
להפעיל את רוקי: להבין מה ביקשתם, לענות לכם, ולשמור את מה שהוא אמר לכם שיזכור.
ללוות את הבודקים בבטא ולשפר אותה, ולנהל את הקשר העסקי עם מועדונים.
לשמור על אבטחת המערכת ולשפר אותה.

הבסיס החוקי (סעיף 6 ל-GDPR): מענה לטופס יצירת קשר, צעדים לקראת התקשרות לבקשתכם (6(1)(b)) והאינטרס הלגיטימי שלנו לענות לפניות (6(1)(f)); חשבונות משתמשי מועדון והפעלת השירות, ביצוע ההסכם עם המועדון (6(1)(b)); הדלת האישית, רוקי והשיחה איתו, ביצוע ההסכם איתכם כבודקים (6(1)(b)); הזיכרון של רוקי, מעקב הצעדים בבטא ורישום הקשר העסקי, האינטרס הלגיטימי שלנו בשירות שימושי ובליווי בודקים ולקוחות (6(1)(f)), ואפשר להתנגד לכך; רישומי אבטחה וזיכרון עוזר הטלגרם, האינטרס הלגיטימי שלנו בשירות מאובטח ושימושי (6(1)(f)), ואפשר להתנגד לכך; ניתוח שימוש של Clarity, הסכמתכם (6(1)(a)), שאפשר לבטל בכל עת ב-Cookie settings. לגבי מידע על ספורטאים, המועדון כבעל השליטה קובע את הבסיס החוקי; התאמת פנים מחייבת הסכמה מפורשת (סעיף 9(2)(a)).

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי, איננו משתפים אותו לצורך פרסום ממוקד ואיננו מעבירים אותו לגורמים מפרסמים. איננו מקבלים עליכם החלטה שיש לה השפעה משפטית או השפעה משמעותית דומה באופן אוטומטי בלבד: הבדיקות של הבינה המלאכותית רק עוזרות, ואתם (או המועדון) מחליטים על כל פוסטר.

דיוור ופניות

איננו שולחים דברי פרסומת בלי הסכמה מפורשת מראש, בהתאם לסעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת. פרטים שמסרתם בטופס משמשים כדי לחזור אליכם בעניין פנייתכם. מסירת הפרטים היא מרצונכם, אך בלי שם ודוא"ל לא נוכל לחזור אליכם. לצד הטופס ובכניסה לדלת האישית יש תיבה נפרדת וריקה להרשמה לעדכונים, טיפים ומבצעים של RAKIA. רק מי שסימן אותה בעצמו נכנס לרשימת התפוצה, והיא אף פעם אינה תנאי לשירות. בדלת האישית לא נרשום לדיוור אף בודק/ת מתחת לגיל 18 (זה נבדק במסך הגיל). הטופס בדף הבית מיועד לאנשי צוות של מועדונים. אנו שומרים את הכתובת, את מועד ההסכמה ואת נוסחה. אחרי הסרה מהרשימה נשארים רק הכתובת ומועד ההסרה, כדי שלא נכתוב אליכם שוב; אפשר לבקש למחוק גם אותם. כל הודעה כזו כוללת קישור הסרה שפועל מיד, ואפשר גם לבקש הסרה או מחיקה בכל עת במייל kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

הדלת האישית (בטא)

בכתובת app.rakia.io/personal_beta אדם פרטי, לא מועדון, יכול להזמין פוסטר לעצמו. פותחים חשבון עם Google, ואנו שומרים את השם, את כתובת הדוא"ל ואת תמונת הפרופיל. בתחילת הבטא אפשר היה להתחיל בלי חשבון, ולשם כך שמרנו מזהה מכשיר וכתובת רשת בצורה מוצפנת (hash) בלבד, כדי להגביל שימוש לרעה. התמונות, המשפט, פוסטר הדוגמה, תמונות נוספות והשורה שכתבתם לכל אחת, הלוגו שלכם והפוסטרים נשמרים ב-Google Drive של KesemItay, בתיקייה נפרדת לכל אדם, ומשמשים רק כדי ליצור את הפוסטרים שלו. תמונות ששמרתם ב"התמונות שלי" (My photos, עד 300) נשמרות שם עד שתמחקו אותן; תמונה שנמחקה עוברת לפח של הדרייב ונמחקת ממנו אחרי 30 יום. כדי לכתוב את השם שלכם כמו שאתם כותבים אותו, אנו בודקים איך כתבתם אותו בבקשות הקודמות שלכם ובשם החשבון. בדלת האישית KesemItay היא האחראית על המידע (ולא מועדון). מי שמעלה תמונה מאשר שיש לו זכות להשתמש בה, ואם מופיע בה קטין, שההורה הסכים. לפני ההעלאה הראשונה אנו שואלים פעם אחת שלוש שאלות קצרות: טווח הגיל (מתחת ל-13, 13 עד 17, או 18 ומעלה; לעולם לא תאריך לידה), הסכמה לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות, ואישור שאתם מעלים רק תמונות שלכם או של אנשים שהסכימו. מתחת לגיל 13 לא נפתח חשבון חדש: מה שהכניסה עם Google יצרה (חשבון הכניסה ושורת המשתמש) נמחק מיד, ונשמר רק סימון חסימה בלי שום מזהה. חשבון קיים של מי שענה שהוא מתחת לגיל 13 מוקפא (לא נוצרים בו פוסטרים) ואנו מוחקים אותו, יחד עם הבקשות, הפוסטרים והתמונות שלו (הקבצים בדרייב לפח), תוך 7 ימים. התשובה לגיל ננעלת אחרי שניתנה. בגיל 13 עד 17 אפשר להסתכל במערכת, אך פוסטר נוצר רק אחרי שהורה אישר בכפתור במייל אחד שאנו שולחים אליו (מרגע שהשליחה מופעלת; לכל היותר מייל אחד ביום ושלושה בסך הכל); את כתובת המייל של ההורה איננו שומרים. בדיקת הפנים היא בחירה שלכם בלבד, בתיבה שאינה מסומנת מראש: אם הסכמתם, RAKIA משווה את הפנים בתמונה שלכם לפנים בפוסטר, רק כדי לבדוק שהפוסטר דומה לכם, ובתמונה עם כמה אנשים גם כדי למצוא מי מהם אתם (בלי בדיקת הפנים, נשאל אתכם). בגיל 13 עד 17 היא פועלת רק אם גם ההורה סימן אותה בעצמו. מאפייני הפנים מחושבים בזיכרון ואינם נשמרים. אם לא הסכמתם, לא מתבצעת שום השוואת פנים והפוסטר נוצר בכל זאת. אפשר לכבות או להדליק אותה בכל עת בתפריט החשבון. אנו שומרים, לפי מזהה המשתמש בלבד: את טווח הגיל (או סימון החסימה), את התשובה לבדיקת הפנים, את גרסת ההסכמה ואת זמנה, ובגיל 13 עד 17 גם את מועד הבקשה האחרונה מההורה, את מספר הבקשות, את תשובת ההורה ואת מועדה, ואת תשובת ההורה לבדיקת הפנים. תשובות לשאלון המשוב הקצר (כמה שאלות, כולן רשות) נשמרות אצלנו ונשלחות לצוות בטלגרם בלי שם ובלי כתובת; תשובה נמוכה (Bad או Not great) נרשמת גם כדיווח על בעיה בפוסטר, עם מזהה המשתמש והתפקיד בלבד.

כדי לראות איפה הבטא קשה ולעזור לכל בודק להגיע לפוסטר שהוא אוהב, אנו רושמים את הצעדים שלכם (למשל פתחתם את מסך היצירה, הוספתם תמונה, אישרתם תוכנית, ביקשתם שינוי, הורדתם פוסטר) לפי מזהה המשתמש בלבד, עם סוג המכשיר והדפדפן בצורה כללית (טלפון, טאבלט או מחשב), ולעולם לא את מחרוזת הדפדפן המלאה. המייסדים רואים את הצעדים האלה עם השם וכתובת הדוא"ל שלכם, בדף פנימי שרק הם יכולים לפתוח, ומקבלים בטלגרם הודעות קצרות שמזכירות את שמכם, ובהודעה על בודק חדש גם את כתובת הדוא"ל (למשל בודק חדש, פוסטר שנוצר, הורדה). כניסות לעמוד הבטא לפני הרשמה נספרות בלי שום מידע אישי.

רוקי

רוקי הוא עוזר אוטומטי מבוסס בינה מלאכותית, לא אדם. הוא עונה בשפה שבה כתבתם (עברית, אנגלית ושפות רבות נוספות), אבל המילים על פוסטר אישי נשארות באנגלית. כדי להבין מה ביקשתם ולענות, מה שאתם כותבים לרוקי, יחד עם כמה מההודעות האחרונות בשיחה, נשלח למודל Gemini של Google; שינוי בפוסטר או כיתוב שביקשתם עוברים גם לספקי הבינה המלאכותית שמתוארים למטה. בדלת האישית השיחה עם רוקי נשמרת אצלנו עם בקשות הפוסטר שלכם, כדי שתישאר אותו דבר בכל מסך, עד 180 יום.

מה רוקי זוכר:רק אצל מי שענה שהוא בן 18 ומעלה. כשאתם מספרים לרוקי משהו על עצמכם (הענף, המקצועות, תוצאה טובה במילים שלכם, המועדון, צבעים או סגנון שאתם אוהבים או לא), הוא יכול לשמור את זה כפריט קצר, ואומר לכם "I'll remember" עם כפתור ביטול (Undo). אפשר לראות ולהסיר כל פריט בכל עת ("What Roki remembers" בתפריט החשבון, או לשאול את רוקי מה הוא זוכר). רוקי לעולם לא שומר מידע על בריאות, דת, פוליטיקה, גיל, טלפון, דוא"ל, מקום מגורים, אדם אחר או פוסטר עצוב, ואינו שומר דבר על מי שמתחת לגיל 18. הזיכרון נשמר כקובץ אחד בתיקייה שלכם ב-Google Drive של KesemItay, לא במסד הנתונים שלנו. רוקי משתמש בו כרמז כשהוא עונה לכם (הוא נשלח עם ההודעה שלכם למודל של Google), ותוצאה ממנו מגיעה לפוסטר רק אחרי שאישרתם אותה באותה בקשה. פריט שלא היה בשימוש 6 חודשים נמחק.

כשמשהו לא עבד:אם נראה שהשיחה לא הולכת טוב, רוקי עשוי לשאול פעם אחת מה לא עבד. התשובה שלכם, יחד עם השורות האחרונות של רוקי (בלי כתובות דוא"ל, מספרי טלפון והשם שלכם), נרשמת כדיווח על בעיה עם מזהה המשתמש והתפקיד בלבד, נשלחת למייסדים בטלגרם ומוצגת להם בדף הפנימי שלהם, ונשמרת עד 180 יום. אפשר תמיד לענות "Not now", ואז לא נרשם כלום.

איפה המידע נשמר ומי מעבד אותו

מסד הנתונים: Supabase, שרתים בפרנקפורט, גרמניה (האיחוד האירופי).
כניסה למערכת: Supabase Auth (אותו ספק של מסד הנתונים), באמצעות חשבון Google או קוד חד-פעמי שנשלח בדוא"ל. כשנכנסים עם Google, אנו מקבלים מ-Google את השם, כתובת הדוא"ל ותמונת הפרופיל. חשבונות שנפתחו לפני 27.9.2026 שמורים גם אצל ספק הכניסה הקודם, Clerk, עד שנמחק אותם.
אירוח האתר וספירת צפיות בלי עוגיות: Vercel (Vercel Web Analytics אינו שומר עוגיות; מבקרים מובחנים רק באמצעות גיבוב זמני שנמחק אחרי 24 שעות).
הבוט ומנוע הפוסטרים: Fly.io, אמסטרדם, הולנד (האיחוד האירופי). תמונות מועתקות לשם רק לזמן קצר בזמן הפקת פוסטר, ונמחקות תוך 24 שעות.
בינה מלאכותית: כדי לכתוב כיתובים ותשובות בבוט וברוקי, לקרוא את התמונות, ולתכנן ולצייר פוסטרים, המערכת שולחת את נתוני ההישג (שם, תוצאה, תחרות), טקסטים ואת תמונות הספורטאי הדרושות לפוסטר לספקי הבינה המלאכותית OpenAI, Google (Gemini) ו-Anthropic, בעיקר בארה"ב, דרך הממשקים העסקיים שלהם. את הפוסטר עצמו מצייר מודל של OpenAI. כשאחד הספקים לא עונה, אותה בקשה, עם אותו מידע, עוברת לספק אחר מהשלושה (היום בעיקר ל-OpenAI), כדי שהפוסטר בכל זאת ייווצר.
תמונות ופוסטרים: בגוגל דרייב של המועדון עצמו. חמשת פוסטרי הניסיון של מועדון חדש שעדיין לא חיבר דרייב נשמרים בגוגל דרייב של KesemItay. בדלת האישית: בגוגל דרייב של KesemItay, בתיקייה נפרדת לכל אדם (כולל הזיכרון של רוקי).
הודעות: בוט הטלגרם מקבל את ההודעות שנשלחות אליו. התראות על פניות מהאתר מגיעות לצוות שלנו בטלגרם ובדוא"ל (דרך Resend). מי שפותח חשבון בודק מקבל מאיתנו דוא"ל ברוכים הבאים אחד, דרך Resend (אזור האיחוד האירופי), עם השם וכתובת הדוא"ל שלו בלבד. גם דוא"ל הפתיחה למועדון חדש ובקשת האישור להורה (מרגע שכל אחד מהם מופעל) נשלחים דרך Resend. הצוות שלנו מקבל בטלגרם גם התראות קצרות על השירות: בודק חדש (בשמו ובכתובת הדוא"ל שלו), פוסטר שנוצר, דיווח על בעיה ותשובה לשאלה של רוקי.
ניתוח שימוש: Microsoft Clarity, רק בכפוף להסכמתכם (ראו עוגיות).
פרסום לאינסטגרם ופייסבוק: Meta, רק אם המועדון חיבר את החשבון.

אנו משתמשים בספקים שמפרסמים תנאי הגנת מידע ותקני אבטחה, ודורשים מכל אחד מהם להשתמש במידע רק כדי לתת לנו את השירות ולא להעביר אותו לאחרים.

העברה אל מחוץ לאיחוד האירופי:RAKIA מופעלת מישראל, שהאיחוד האירופי הכיר בה כמדינה שמגנה על מידע אישי ברמה נאותה. ספקים בארה"ב מקבלים מידע לפי מסגרת פרטיות המידע בין האיחוד האירופי לארה"ב (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) כשהם מאושרים בה, ואחרת לפי הסעיפים החוזיים התקניים של הנציבות האירופית (SCC), כמו בהסכם עיבוד המידע. טלגרם (הבוט וההתראות לצוות שלנו) פועלת לפי התנאים שלה, ושרתיה מחוץ לאיחוד האירופי.

Google Drive

כשמועדון מחבר את Google Drive, RAKIA מבקשת רק את ההרשאה drive.file ואת כתובת הדוא"ל שלכם: היא יכולה לראות ולשנות רק את תיקיית RAKIA ואת הקבצים שהיא יצרה או שהמועדון פתח איתה, ולעולם לא את שאר הדרייב. מועדון יכול במקום זאת לשתף תיקייה עם כתובת השירות של RAKIA, שקוראת אז רק את התיקייה הזו. אנו קוראים שם את תמונות הספורטאים כדי להפיק את הפוסטרים של המועדון, כותבים את הפוסטרים המוכנים לדרייב של המועדון, ושולחים את התמונה שנבחרה לפוסטר לספקי יצירת התמונות שלנו (OpenAI, Google) רק כדי להפיק אותו. אנו שומרים קישורים לקבצים, את תוצאות ההתאמה שתוארו למעלה ואת חיבור הדרייב, ולא עותקים של התמונות, מלבד עותקי עבודה זמניים בזמן הפקת פוסטר. לחיצה על Disconnect בהגדרות מבטלת את הגישה של RAKIA. השימוש של RAKIA במידע שמתקבל מממשקי Google והעברתו כפופים למדיניות נתוני המשתמש של Google API Services, כולל דרישות השימוש המוגבל (Limited Use).

אינסטגרם ופייסבוק (Meta)

מועדון יכול לחבר את חשבון האינסטגרם המקצועי שלו ל-RAKIA. כשהוא עושה זאת, RAKIA מקבלת מ-Meta, באישור המועדון, את מזהה החשבון ושם המשתמש, יכולת לפרסם פוסטים שהמועדון אישר, ואת נתוני החשבון. כל עוד החשבון מחובר, RAKIA קוראת מדי יום את הפוסטים של המועדון עצמו (כיתוב, תמונה או וידאו, קישור, תאריך, מספר לייקים ותגובות, חשיפה ושמירות), שומרת אותם בסביבת העבודה של המועדון, שומרת בדרייב של המועדון עותק של רשימת הפוסטים, סיכום סגנון ואת התמונות של 12 הפוסטים האחרונים, ומשתמשת בבינה מלאכותית כדי ללמוד את סגנון העיצוב והכתיבה של המועדון, רק עבור הכיתובים והעוזר של אותו מועדון. RAKIA מפרסמת רק פוסטים שאדם במועדון אישר ובחר לפרסם, לא קוראת חשבונות אחרים, ולא מוכרת או משתפת את המידע.

מפתח הגישה נשמר ברשומת המועדון במסד הנתונים שלנו באיחוד האירופי, שהאחסון שלו מוצפן, ומשמש רק עבור אותו מועדון. אפשר לנתק בכל רגע ב-Settings ("Disconnect") או להסיר את RAKIA באינסטגרם תחת "אפליקציות ואתרים". בשני המקרים המפתח, הפוסטים שקראנו מהחשבון וסיכום הסגנון נמחקים מיד. העותקים בדרייב של המועדון נשארים בשליטת המועדון.

מחיקת מידע

למחיקת המידע: ב-RAKIA, תחת Settings, לחצו Disconnect (אינסטגרם, Google Drive) ובקשו מאיתנו ב-kesemitaymedia@gmail.comלמחוק את המועדון; או הסירו את RAKIA באינסטגרם תחת "אפליקציות ואתרים". ההסרה שולחת אלינו בקשת מחיקה שמטופלת אוטומטית: המפתח, הפוסטים שנקראו מהחשבון וסיכום הסגנון נמחקים, ותקבלו קוד אישור שאפשר לבדוק בעמוד זה. שאר נתוני המועדון נמחקים תוך 30 יום מבקשה בכתב ל-kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

בוט הטלגרם

הבוט (סוני) הוא עוזר אוטומטי מבוסס בינה מלאכותית, לא אדם. הוא שומר את מזהה הטלגרם, השם ושם המשתמש שלכם, את ההודעות שלכם ואת תשובותיו, סיכום קצר שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית של עובדות שסיפרתם לו, ועובדות שמשותפות עם המועדון שלכם, כדי לענות לכם ולזכור הקשר. ההודעות שלכם נשלחות לספקי הבינה המלאכותית שלנו כדי לכתוב את התשובות. הודעות ישנות עוברות לארכיון, שנשמר כרגע עד שאתם או המועדון תבקשו למחוק אותו. נא לא לשלוח לבוט מידע רפואי או רגיש אחר. שלחו לבוט /forgetme או כתבו ל-kesemitaymedia@gmail.com, ונמחק את מה שהוא שומר עליכם (עותקי גיבוי נמחקים תוך 5 שבועות).

קטינים

חלק מהספורטאים הם קטינים (מתחת לגיל 18). המועדון אחראי לקבל הסכמה מהספורטאי, ומהורה או אפוטרופוס כשמדובר בקטין, לפני שהוא מוסיף ספורטאי או תמונה למערכת. בכל הוספת ספורטאי המועדון מאשר שיש בידו הסכמה זו. המערכת אינה בודקת הסכמה נפרדת לכל ספורטאי לפני יצירת פוסטר. ספורטאי או הורה שמבקשים שהספורטאי לא יופיע יותר יכולים לפנות למועדון או אלינו ב-kesemitaymedia@gmail.com, ונטפל בבקשה תוך 30 יום. בדלת האישית (אנשים פרטיים): מי שמתחת לגיל 13 אינו יכול לפתוח חשבון חדש (מה שהכניסה יצרה נמחק מיד), וחשבון קיים שלו מוקפא ונמחק על ידינו תוך 7 ימים; מי שבגיל 13 עד 17 צריך אישור מהורה לפני הפוסטר הראשון. רוקי אינו שומר זיכרון על אף אחד מתחת לגיל 18, ואף בודק מתחת לגיל 18 אינו נרשם לדיוור.

מדיניות מידע ביומטרי (מאפייני פנים)

הזכויות שלכם

לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 (כולל תיקון 13), יש לכם זכות לעיין במידע עליכם (סעיף 13) ולבקש לתקן או למחוק מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן (סעיף 14). נענה לבקשת עיון תוך 30 יום. אם נסרב לבקשה, נודיע על כך ועל הסיבה תוך 21 יום (בקשת עיון) או 30 יום (בקשת תיקון). אם תיקנו או מחקנו מידע, נודיע על כך למי שקיבל אותו מאיתנו ב-3 השנים האחרונות. אם אינכם מרוצים מהטיפול, אפשר להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות. אנשים באיחוד האירופי זכאים גם לזכויות לפי ה-GDPR: עיון, תיקון, מחיקה, הגבלת עיבוד, ניוד מידע והתנגדות, וכן לבטל הסכמה בכל עת בלי לפגוע בעיבוד שנעשה לפני כן. יש לכם גם זכות להגיש תלונה לרשות פיקוח על הגנת מידע, בפרט במדינת האיחוד שבה אתם גרים או עובדים (בבולגריה: הוועדה להגנת מידע אישי, www.cpdp.bg). בקשות בנוגע למידע על ספורטאים מופנות למועדון; בקשה שתגיע אלינו תועבר אליו ונעזור לו לענות. כתבו ל-kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

אבטחה

הגישה למידע מוגבלת לצוות שזקוק לה, התקשורת מוצפנת (HTTPS), מסד הנתונים סגור לגישה ציבורית (הרשאות ברמת שורה), וכל קריאה וכתיבה במערכת מוגבלת למועדון שלכם בלבד. במקרה של אירוע אבטחה חמור נדווח לרשות להגנת הפרטיות, וללקוחות באיחוד האירופי גם לרשות הפיקוח המוסמכת תוך 72 שעות כשה-GDPR מחייב זאת, ולנפגעים כנדרש בחוק. אם אירוע פוגע במידע על ספורטאי מועדון, נודיע למועדון בלי דיחוי, עם העובדות שהוא צריך לדיווחים שלו.

Who we are

RAKIA by KesemItay. The service is operated by Itay Mizrachi, a registered sole proprietor (Osek Patur) in Israel. Address: 11 Shivat Zion St., Rishon LeZion, Israel. RAKIA produces posters and social-media content about athletes' achievements for athletics clubs, and at the personal door for private people too. Contact: kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

Who is responsible for which data

For athlete data a club puts into RAKIA or manages in it (names, results, birth dates, photos, posters and face matching), the club decides what is used and why: the club is the controller, and RAKIA holds and processes the data for it, only on the club's instructions and only to provide the service. For our website, the contact form, club user accounts, the personal door and Roki, the Telegram bot, our record of business contacts with clubs and leads, security logs and the public competition results we collect ourselves, the controller is Itay Mizrachi, email kesemitaymedia@gmail.com. Athletes and parents who want to use their rights over data a club supplied can contact the club or us, and we pass the request on and help the club answer.

What we collect

Contact form and accessibility report form: name, email, club name and the message you write, plus your browser type.
Club users (behind sign-in): name and email; if you sign in with Google, also your Google name and profile picture; and a log of actions taken in the system.
Athlete data: name, club, event, results and personal bests (from publicly published competition results or typed by the club), birth date and gender if the club enters them, notes the club writes, and photos the club supplies from its own Drive.
Face matching (biometric data):to pick the right photo of each athlete, and to check that a finished poster shows the right face, the system automatically computes facial features from a reference photo the club confirmed and compares them with photos in the club's Drive. This is especially sensitive information under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and special-category data under the GDPR. The facial features are computed in memory and are not stored; we keep only which photos matched, the match score and where the face is in the photo, and only inside that club. By joining a club that uses RAKIA, an athlete (or a parent, for a minor) agrees, through the club, that their photos are used and their face is matched to make the club's posters; the club is responsible for getting and keeping that consent and for telling its athletes. An athlete or parent gets this notice and gives their consent to the club before the club adds the athlete or their photos. The club collects and keeps the consents, and an athlete without consent is simply not uploaded by the club. RAKIA does not run a separate opt-out for each athlete: an athlete who no longer wants this asks the club, and the club removes the athlete's photos (or asks us to); the photos and the face-matching results are then deleted.
Telegram bot: your Telegram id, name and username, your messages and the bot's replies, a short AI-written summary of facts you told it, and notes shared with your club.
Roki: Roki is the chat that helps you create and change a poster. What you write to it becomes your poster request; at the personal door your chat with Roki and short memory items are kept too, as described below.
Photo checks (no identification): to choose the best photo for each place on the poster and to warn you before painting, the system measures the face in each photo: its size, how far it is turned, how sharp and how well lit it is, without identifying who it is. This runs in memory; only the choice and a short reason (for example "the face is turned to the side") are kept in the poster plan. An AI model also reads the words printed on the clothes in the photos, so they are painted right; what it reads is kept only in the poster's internal check notes.
Business contacts: when we talk with a club, a tester or someone who contacted us about using RAKIA, our team notes the contact in its internal console: short notes (a call, a meeting, a message), the stage, the next step and payments.
Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser type, time) for security and operations.

Why we use it

To reply to your contact-form request (and nothing else, unless you ask).
To run the system for the club: detecting achievements, matching photos to athletes, producing posters and captions, and approving publication.
To run the Telegram bot: answering you and remembering context.
To run Roki: understanding what you ask, answering you, and keeping what it told you it will remember.
To follow and help the beta testers and improve the beta, and to manage our business contacts with clubs.
To keep the system secure and improve it.

Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6):replying to the contact form, steps before a contract at your request (6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (6(1)(f)); club user accounts and running the service, performance of our contract with the club (6(1)(b)); the personal door, Roki and your chat with it, performance of our agreement with you as a tester (6(1)(b)); Roki's memory, following the beta testers' steps and our record of business contacts, our legitimate interest in a useful service and in supporting testers and customers (6(1)(f)), which you can object to; security logs and the Telegram assistant's memory, our legitimate interest in a secure and useful service (6(1)(f)), which you can object to; Clarity analytics, your consent (6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time under Cookie settings. For athletes' data the club, as controller, decides the legal basis; face matching needs explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).

We never sell personal data, never share it for targeted (cross-context behavioural) advertising and never pass it to advertisers. We make no decision about you that has legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing: the AI checks only help, and you (or your club) decide on every poster.

Emails and contact

We do not send advertising messages without your prior explicit consent (Israeli Communications Law, section 30A). Details you give in the contact form are used to reply to your request. Giving them is voluntary, but without a name and an email we cannot reply. Next to the form, and when you sign in at the personal door, there is a separate, unticked box for RAKIA news, tips and offers. Only people who tick it themselves join the mailing list, and it is never a condition for the service. At the personal door, a tester under 18 is never added to the mailing list (checked through the age screen). The form on our home page is for club staff. We keep the address, when you agreed and the exact words you agreed to. After you unsubscribe we keep only the address and the date you left, so we never write to you again; you can ask us to delete those too. Every such email has an unsubscribe link that works at once, and you can also ask us to remove or delete you any time by emailing kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

The personal door (beta)

At app.rakia.io/personal_beta a private person, not a club, can order a poster for themselves. You open an account with Google, and we keep your name, email address and profile picture. Early in the beta you could start without an account, and for that we kept a device identifier and a network address, only in hashed form, to limit abuse. Your photos, your sentence, the example poster, extra pictures with the line you wrote for each, your logo and your posters are kept in KesemItay's Google Drive, in a separate folder per person, and are used only to make your posters. Photos you keep in My photos (up to 300) stay there until you delete them; a deleted photo goes to the Drive trash and is removed from it after 30 days. To spell your name the way you write it, we look at how you wrote it in your earlier requests and in your account name. At the personal door KesemItay is the controller of the data (not a club). By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it and, if a minor appears in it, that a parent agreed. Before your first upload we ask three short things, once: your age range (under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 or older; never a birth date), your agreement to the Terms and this Privacy policy, and that you only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed. Under 13 no new account is opened: what the Google sign-in created (the sign-in account and the user row) is deleted at once, and we keep only a block flag with no identifier at all. An existing account whose owner answers under 13 is frozen (no posters are made) and we delete it, with its requests, posters and photos (its Drive files to the trash), within 7 days. The age answer is locked once given. From 13 to 17 you can look around, but a poster is made only after a parent says yes with the button in one email we send them (once that sending is switched on; at most one email a day and three in all); we do not keep the parent's email address. The face check is your own choice, in a box that is never ticked for you: if you agree, RAKIA compares the face in your photo with the face on your poster, only to check it looks like you and, in a photo with several people, to find which one is you (without the face check, we ask you). From 13 to 17 it runs only if the parent ticks it too. The facial features are computed in memory and are not stored. If you do not agree, no face is compared at all and your poster is still made. You can turn it on or off at any time in your account menu. We keep, by your user id only: the age range (or the block flag), your face check answer, the consent version and its time, and from 13 to 17 also the time of the last request to the parent, how many requests were made, the parent's answer and its time, and the parent's answer to the face check. Answers to the short feedback form (a few questions, all optional) are kept by us and sent to the team on Telegram without a name or an address; a low answer (Bad or Not great) is also filed as a problem report on that poster, with your user id and role only.

To see where the beta is hard and to help each tester reach a poster they love, we record your steps (for example you opened Create, added a photo, said yes to a plan, asked for a change, downloaded a poster) by your user id only, with the general kind of device and browser (phone, tablet or computer), never the full browser string. The founders see these steps with your name and email address on an internal page only they can open, and get short Telegram messages that name you, the one about a new tester with your email address too (for example a new tester, a poster made, a download). Visits to the beta page before sign-up are counted with no personal data at all.

Roki

Roki is an automated AI assistant, not a person. It answers in the language you write in (Hebrew, English and many other languages), but the words on a personal poster stay in English. To understand what you ask and to answer, what you write to Roki, with a few of the latest lines of the chat, is sent to Google's Gemini model; a poster change or a caption you ask for also goes to the AI providers described below. At the personal door your chat with Roki is kept by us with your poster requests, so it stays the same on every screen, for up to 180 days.

What Roki remembers:only for people who answered that they are 18 or older. When you tell Roki something about yourself (your sport, your events, a good result in your own words, your club, colours or a look you like or dislike), it may keep it as a short item, and tells you "I'll remember" with an Undo button. You can see and remove any item at any time ("What Roki remembers" in the account menu, or ask Roki what it remembers). Roki never keeps anything about health, religion, politics, age, a phone number, an email address, where you live, another person or a sad poster, and keeps nothing at all for anyone under 18. The memory is one file in your own folder in KesemItay's Google Drive, not in our database. Roki uses it as a hint when it answers you (it is sent with your line to Google's model), and a result from it reaches a poster only after you said yes to it in that request. An item not used for 6 months is deleted.

When something did not work:if the chat seems not to go well, Roki may ask once what did not work. Your answer, with Roki's last lines (email addresses, phone numbers and your name taken out), is filed as a problem report with your user id and role only, sent to the founders on Telegram and shown to them on their internal page, and kept for up to 180 days. You can always answer "Not now", and then nothing is filed.

Where data lives and who processes it

Database: Supabase, servers in Frankfurt, Germany (European Union).
Sign-in: Supabase Auth (the same provider as our database), with a Google account or a one-time code sent by email. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. Accounts created before 27 September 2026 are also held by our previous sign-in provider, Clerk, until we delete them.
Website hosting and cookieless page-view counting: Vercel (Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookies; visitors are told apart only by a temporary hash that is discarded after 24 hours).
Bot and poster engine: Fly.io, Amsterdam, Netherlands (European Union). Photos are copied there only briefly while a poster is being made and are deleted within 24 hours.
AI: to write captions and bot and Roki replies, read the photos, and plan and paint posters, the system sends the result data (name, result, competition), texts and the athlete photos a poster needs to the AI providers OpenAI, Google (Gemini) and Anthropic, mainly in the United States, through their business APIs. The poster itself is painted by an OpenAI model. When one provider does not answer, the same request, with the same data, goes to another of the three (today mostly OpenAI), so the poster is still made.
Photos and posters: in the club's own Google Drive. A new club's first 5 trial posters, before it connects a Drive, are kept in KesemItay's Google Drive. At the personal door: in KesemItay's Google Drive, a separate folder per person (Roki's memory included).
Messaging: the Telegram bot receives the messages sent to it. Contact-form alerts reach our team by Telegram and by email (through Resend). When you open a tester account we send you one welcome email through Resend (EU region), with only your name and email address. The welcome email to a new club and the request to a parent (once each is switched on) also go through Resend. Our team also gets short Telegram alerts about the service: a new tester (by name and email address), a poster made, a problem report and an answer to Roki's question.
Analytics: Microsoft Clarity, only with your consent (see Cookies).
Publishing to Instagram and Facebook: Meta, only if the club connected its account.

We use providers that publish data-protection terms and security certifications, and we require each of them to use the data only to provide their service to us and not to pass it on.

Transfers outside the EU:RAKIA is run from Israel, which the European Union recognises as giving personal data an adequate level of protection. Providers in the United States receive data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where they are certified, otherwise under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as in our Data Processing Agreement. Telegram (the bot and our team's alerts) works under its own terms, and its servers are outside the EU.

Google Drive

When a club connects Google Drive, RAKIA asks only for the drive.file permission and your Google email: it can see and change only the RAKIA folder and the files it created or that the club opened with it, never the rest of the Drive. A club may instead share a folder with RAKIA's service address, which then reads only that folder. We read the athletes' photos there to make the club's posters, write the finished posters back to the club's Drive, and send the photo chosen for a poster to our AI image providers (OpenAI, Google) only to make that poster. We keep links to the files, the match results described above and the Drive connection, not copies of your photos, apart from short-lived working copies while a poster is made. Pressing Disconnect in Settings removes RAKIA's access. RAKIA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Instagram and Facebook (Meta)

A club can connect its own Instagram professional account to RAKIA. When it does, RAKIA receives from Meta, with the club's permission, the account's id and username, the ability to publish posts the club has approved, and the account's insights. While the account is connected, RAKIA reads the club's own posts every day (caption, image or video, link, date, like and comment counts, reach and saves), keeps them in the club's workspace, keeps a copy of the post list, a style summary and the pictures of the latest 12 posts in the club's own Drive, and uses AI to learn the club's design and writing style, only for that club's own captions and assistant. RAKIA publishes only posts a person at the club approved and chose to publish, never reads other accounts, and never sells or shares this data.

The access token is kept on the club's record in our database in the European Union, whose storage is encrypted at rest, and is used only for that club. The club can disconnect at any time in Settings ("Disconnect"), or by removing RAKIA under Instagram's "Apps and websites". Either way the token, the posts we read from that account and the style summary are deleted at once. The copies in the club's own Drive stay under the club's control.

Data deletion

To delete your data: in RAKIA, Settings, press Disconnect (Instagram, Google Drive) and ask us at kesemitaymedia@gmail.comto delete the club; or remove RAKIA in Instagram's "Apps and websites", which sends us a deletion request that we honour automatically: the token, the posts we read from that account and the style summary are deleted, and you receive a confirmation code you can check on this page. All other club data is deleted within 30 days of a written request to kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

The Telegram bot

The bot (Soni) is an automated AI assistant, not a person. It keeps your Telegram id, name and username, your messages and its replies, a short AI-written summary of facts you told it, and facts shared with your club, so it can answer you and remember context. Your messages are sent to our AI providers to write the replies. Older messages move to an archive that we currently keep until you or your club ask us to delete it. Please do not send the bot medical or other sensitive information. Send /forgetme to the bot, or write to kesemitaymedia@gmail.com, and we delete what it keeps about you (backup copies roll off within 5 weeks).

Minors

Some athletes are minors (under 18). The club must obtain consent from the athlete, or from a parent or guardian for a minor, before adding an athlete or a photo to RAKIA, and it confirms this each time it adds an athlete. The system does not check a separate consent for each athlete before making a poster. An athlete or parent who wants the athlete to stop appearing can ask the club or write to kesemitaymedia@gmail.com, and we act on it within 30 days. At the personal door (individuals): a person under 13 cannot open a new account (what the sign-in created is deleted at once), and an existing account of theirs is frozen and deleted by us within 7 days; a person aged 13 to 17 needs a parent's yes before the first poster. Roki keeps no memory for anyone under 18, and no tester under 18 is added to the mailing list.

Biometric data policy (face features)

This is our written policy for keeping and destroying biometric data, including under laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and the laws of Texas, Washington and Colorado. What:face features (a measurement of the face's geometry) that the system computes from a photo to compare one face with another. Why:only to pick the right photo of an athlete from the club's Drive, and to check that a poster looks like the person in the photo. When:for a club, for athletes the club added with their consent (and a parent's, for a minor), which the club confirms it holds; at the personal door, only if you ticked the face check box yourself (and from 13 to 17 only if a parent ticked it too). Keeping and destroying:face features are computed in memory and destroyed as soon as the comparison ends, within seconds; they are never written to the database, a file or a backup. In a club photo only the largest face is measured, so teammates and bystanders are not. Only the results are kept: which photos matched, the match score and where the face is in the photo, and the poster's likeness scores. The results are deleted when the athlete is removed, on request, or together with the club's or the account's data. Sharing: we never sell, lease or trade biometric data, never profit from it and never disclose it to anyone. Withdrawing:a club's athlete asks the club, which removes the athlete's photos (or asks us to), and the results are deleted; at the personal door, turn the face check off in the account menu; or write to kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

How long we keep it

Our retention periods: Contact-form requests and accessibility reports: up to 24 months. Club data: while the club is a customer; deleted on request, and within 90 days after the relationship ends. Athlete face-matching results: deleted when the athlete is removed or the club asks. A personal account at the personal door, its photos and posters: while the account exists, deleted on request. The mailing list: until you unsubscribe (then only a record not to email you again). Feedback answers: up to 24 months. Your chat with Roki at the personal door: up to 180 days. An item in Roki's memory: deleted after 6 months without use, or at once when you remove it. Problem reports (answers to Roki's question included): up to 180 days. Photos in My photos: until you delete them. Business contact notes: while we are in touch, and deleted on request. The beta waitlist: until you are let in, and at most 12 months. Telegram bot messages: until you or your club ask us to delete them. Activity and security logs: 24 months, then names and emails are removed from them. Short-lived working copies of photos on our processing servers: deleted within 24 hours. Database backups: up to 5 weeks. Other technical server logs: up to 90 days. Some of these periods are enforced by an automatic daily clean-up that still runs as a trial; until it is switched on, data past its period is deleted when you ask us.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law 1981 (including Amendment 13) you may access the data held about you (section 13) and ask to correct or delete data that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14). We answer an access request within 30 days. If we refuse a request, we tell you why within 21 days (access) or 30 days (correction). If we correct or delete data, we tell the people we passed it to in the last 3 years. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority. People in the European Union also have the rights under the GDPR to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing done before. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work (in Bulgaria: the Commission for Personal Data Protection, www.cpdp.bg). Requests about athletes' data go to the club; we pass on any we receive and help the club answer. Email kesemitaymedia@gmail.com.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies and browser storage keep you signed in and remember your choices; they are always on. Vercel Web Analytics also counts page views without cookies. With your consent only, we use Microsoft Clarity on our public pages. It uses cookies to record how visitors use the site (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the pages seen) and keeps a device identifier for up to a year. Microsoft collects this personal data as an independent controller and may also use it for its own purposes, including improving its products, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement). Recordings are kept for up to 30 days. You can decline, and you can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" (in the accessibility menu, the site footer and the legal pages). No advertising cookies.

Security

Access is limited to the people who need it, traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), the database is closed to public access (row-level security), and every read and write in the system is limited to your own club. A serious security incident will be reported to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, and for customers in the European Union to the competent EU supervisory authority within 72 hours where the GDPR requires it, and to affected people as the law requires. If an incident affects a club's athletes' data, we tell the club without undue delay, with the facts it needs for its own reports.

Changes

We update this page when something changes, with the date at the top. Material changes are emailed to club customers.
